Minimizing the use of hazardous substances

Cardinal meets all environmental requirements of the EU, including the REACH legislation and RoHS Directive. Our standards reflect the concentration restrictions of hazardous substances and apply to all products sold. In this regard, we have eliminated the use of heavy metals from our entire portfolio of products and have developed a range of phthalate-free compounds.

In order to guarantee that our products meet all environmental standards, we are highly rigorous in the selection of raw materials, making sure that all our suppliers also comply with EU legislation on the restriction of hazardous substances.

Integrated Management System: Quality and Environment

Our integrated quality-environment management system is certified according to ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 standards. Quality policies mobilize the team to focus on providing products that meet all quality and legal requirements in force. At the same time, environmental policies regarding the importance of protecting the environment and complying with legal environmental requirements are learned and implemented throughout our team.

Carrying out activities in safe and environmentally friendly conditions is an essential part of our company philosophy and lies at the core of our management system.

We provide our employees with a safe working environment, which we constantly strive to improve. Special efforts are being put into implementing and maintaining workplace safety in order to ensure product compliance, as well as customer and legislation requirements.

Safety and health are monitored and maintained by eliminating hazardous substances from our formulations, through a properly designed production flow, performant ventilation and air conditioning systems and through regular training.

We also provide constant monitoring and care of the health of our employees through occupational health programs and access to prestigious health clinics.
